Mokonzi is the official digital onboarding portal for Equity BCDC, one of the Democratic Republic of Congo's leading financial institutions. Our platform is designed to make opening a bank account simple, fast, and accessible — whether you are in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, or anywhere across the DRC.

The platform guides new clients through every step of the account-opening journey: from selecting the right account product for their needs, to completing identity verification, submitting required documents, and signing up for digital banking services such as the Eazzy mobile app, USSD banking, and Equity BCDC debit and credit cards.

Mokonzi is built for individuals, families, students, traders, and businesses who want a secure and convenient way to join the Equity BCDC family without lengthy branch visits. The platform supports self-service applications as well as agent-assisted onboarding, where trained Equity BCDC agents can guide clients through the process in person.

Our multilingual interface supports French, English, Lingala, Swahili, Tshiluba, and Kikongo — reflecting the rich linguistic diversity of the DRC — so that every Congolese citizen can access banking services in their preferred language.
